Dalek Ironside was a modified Dalek encountered by the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond in the 1941 London Blitz, during the episode "Victory of the Daleks." These Daleks were created from pre-existing Dalek materials by Professor Edwin Bracewell, an inventor who had unknowingly been programmed by the Daleks to construct them.

Ironsides were initially presented as serving alongside the British army, ostensibly working to aid the Allied war effort by providing scientific and technological advancements. This deception was a calculated move by the Daleks to rebuild their race after their near annihilation.

These Daleks, different in appearance from the bronze Daleks familiar to the Doctor, possessed a metallic green color scheme. Ultimately, their true nature was revealed when they activated a signal that established a connection with the Dalek Paradigm, leading to the creation of a new generation of Daleks and the destruction of the Ironsides themselves.

While posing as allies, Dalek Ironside highlighted the Daleks' manipulative capabilities and their relentless pursuit of domination, showcasing their ability to infiltrate and exploit even the most desperate of situations to further their own agenda.
